Your Chefs Bio
I studied at Carshalton College in Surrey, England and graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree. When I returned to the United States in 2000 I was soon introduced to fine dining in Chicago, Illinois and I began my career. I worked with Allen Tutzer at the Escargot Restaurant in downtown Chicago and became fascinated with the front of House. I worked for many full service chains as a General Manager. Including Darden, Dave & Busters and Landrys to name a few. After moving to Wisconsin , I opened my own restaurant and entertainment center. The location was 45,000 sq ft and I opened two more after that with a franchise version in Krakow, Poland. We then developed and managed a fanchise licensing program for the company.
My catering service is designed around your needs and the people I use are in the industry and not temp services. I believe that guest experience will never exceed the employee experience and so I only use people just like me! Please enjoy looking at my menus and when you have decided to move forward I will talk with you personally. You will not be dealing with a sales person or someone in an office. You will be dealing with the chef who will makes your food and your event spectacular!
